You can reschedule your experience outside of the 14 days leading up to your scheduled Event with no costs incurred.

Within 14 Days

If you are unable to attend your experience due to COVID or any other reason within 14 days of your scheduled experience, you have the following options:

Option 1 - We suggest that you find someone that can take your seat allocation either by selling or gifting it to them. They must be able to operate a manual gearbox and hold a P plate license or higher.

You DO NOT need to inform the team if you are sending someone else on your behalf, on arrival at the event the replacement driver will simply mention the booking name.

There is NO fee involved when sending a replacement participant.

Option 2 - We can cancel your order, which will make the seat available online for someone to potentially book into. You will only be entitled to re-book your experience if we fill your allocated seat with another customer. If we are unsuccessful in filling your allocated seat you will forfeit the experience. We wont necessarily know this until after your scheduled experience. You will incur an admin fee of $100 if we are successful. This will need to be paid at the point in which you select a new date to complete your experience.

Option 3 - You can choose to forfeit your experience.

Allocate 2-3 hours for your group session.

Wear something comfortable so that the race suit can go over your clothing.

You can use your own gear if you have any, if you have your own helmet it must be a full faced.

Spectators are welcome to watch and take photos of your amazing driving!

Have your driver’s license with you – international and digital licenses are accepted. It must be sighted by the team on the day.

You must be able to operate a manual transmission car and have a P plate license and above. If you do not know how to drive a manual gearbox, you are required to purchase our guide: "Understanding The Basic Principles Of Driving A Manual Gearbox" prior to completing your experience. If you are under 18, you must have a parent/guardian with you at the event.

Sydney Motorsport Park have Café facilities a short drive from our location that at times are open.

Please arrive at your dedicated session time. See below:

Session 1: 7am arrival for a 7.30am

Session 2: 9am arrival for a 9.30am

Session 3: 11am arrival for a 11.30am

Session 4: 1pm arrival for a 1.30pm

All Bookings and Gift Voucher purchases are non-refundable.

As we have made a commitment to holding the seat for you, we cannot honour a refund or an opportunity to reschedule if you have failed to attended for your experience.

We do understand that situations may occur which may restrict your attendance – as you have purchased a ticket, we allow another person to attend in place of you.

You DO NOT need to contact our team to inform us of this.

As long as they can operate a manual transmission car and have a P plate driver’s license and above, please forward them the necessary details.

This is an outdoor experience and will go ahead in the event of wet weather.

If Anglo Australian Motorsport PTY LTD deem the track conditions to become unsafe, we cancel / suspend the session and will reschedule your experience to the next available date.

You must still attend for your scheduled experience unless contacted by a member of the Anglo Team.

If the session does not get cancelled and you fail to show at your allocated session time, you will forefit your experience.

We utilise genuine Formula Ford Race Cars at our experiences, which means that cars must comply with the category regulations stipulated by Formula Ford Championships. The good news is, you could be driving a car that has previously won a Championship! The bad news is we are limited in how much we can adapt the chassis to cater for different sized drivers.

Driving Experience:

Maximum Height - 6'2

Maximum Weight - 120Kg's

Passenger Ride Experience:

Maximum Height - 6'4

Maximum Weight - 140Kg's

All of our Race Cars use a 4 x speed manual gearbox with a stick shift.

We do not have automatic or paddle-shift.

It is a requirement that you are able to operate a manual gearbox in order to complete your Driving Experience, you do not need to have a manual grade license but you must understand the concept.

Sydney Motorsport Park (SMSP) Events are held approximately 1 - 3 days per month. Generally our Events sell out 2 x months in advance.

VIC

Wodonga Driver Training Facility Events are held approximately 6 - 8 days per year. Generally our Events sell out 1 x month in advance.

Sessions

There are 4 x Group Sessions per Event, lasting 2 - 3 hours.
