While we offer a range of lap options, our 10 x Lap Racer is by FAR most popular, and for good reason.

With 5 laps, most drivers are only just getting comfortable behind the wheel before the chequered flag waves.

The 10 x Lap Racer Experience gives you that extra time to find your rhythm, master the corners, and unleash the full performance of our Formula Ford race cars.

It’s the sweet spot between warm up and flat out! Enough time to build confidence, push harder, and feel like a true racer.

🎥 Onboard Video Package

The experience doesn’t have to end when you step out of the car. Every driver can choose to purchase their 4K stabilised onboard footage, captured from a GoPro mounted right beside the helmet, recording every steering input, gear change, and moment of pure adrenaline.

The footage is transferred straight onto a USB drive for you to take home immediately. It's the ultimate keepsake to relive (and show off) your laps again and again.

Wodonga Driver Training Facility Events are held approximately 6 days per year.

Info & FAQ'S

Height, Weight & Age Restrictions

We utilise genuine Formula Ford Race Cars at our experiences, which means that cars must comply with the category regulations stipulated by Formula Ford Championships. The good news is, you could be driving a car that has previously won a Championship! The bad news is we are limited in how much we can adapt the chassis to cater for different sized drivers.

Maximum Height - 6'2
Maximum Weight - 120Kg's
Minimum Age - 16

Can't Drive Manual!?

All of our Race Cars use a 4 x speed manual gearbox with a stick shift.

We do not have automatic or paddle-shift.

It is a requirement that you are able to operate a manual gearbox in order to complete your Driving Experience, you do not need to have a manual grade licence but you must understand the concept.

Liability

Driving Experience Participants undertake this Formula Ford experience at their own risk and will be required to sign an indemnity form at the track (before driving) and accept liability for any and all damage caused to the race car.

On The Day

Wear something comfortable so that the race suit can go over your clothing.

You can use your own gear if you have any, if you have your own helmet it must be a full faced.

Spectators are welcome to watch and take photos!

Participants must show their driver’s licence at check in – international and digital licenses are accepted.

I can't believe it was that much fun!
The car was amazing - precise steering, stopped on a dime and the grip in the corners was unbelievable. For a 1.6L engine it had all the power needed for a thrilling drive.
The crew were fantastic and made everyone feel relaxed and confident.
I had 10 laps but was held up by a slower driver, so they extended my session by 2 laps.
Can't recommend this drive experience highly enough.
